Rodyk has been named in ALB's list of best local counsel on mega M&A deals which was published in its September 2009 issue. This accolade follows our winning both the Southeast Asia and Singapore M&A Deal of the Year awards at the ALB Awards 2009, making it a hat trick for the year.
Asian Legal Business ("ALB") magazine's June 2009 issue carried a feature on Asia's leading IP firms and Rodyk was ranked one of the top seven IP firms in Singapore. Rodyk was awarded with this accolade for second year in a row.
ALB's research involved telephone interviews with, and invited submissions from, corporates and in house counsel in the region. Recommendations from firms during the ALB Award process were also considered and were weighted against that of in house counsel and corporates 1:2.
Rodyk's Corporate and Finance Practice Groups did very well at the recently concluded ALB SE Asia 2009 Law Awards. Rodyk won both the SE Asia M&A Deal of the Year and the Singapore M&A Deal of the Year awards.
