Rodyk was recognised by the Asian Legal Business (ALB) as an Employer of Choice 2009 in Singapore.

ALB's online survey was sent to more than 20,000 lawyers in the Asia Pacific and Gulf regions between December 2008 and February 2009. Respondents considered five categories in their rankings and these were compensation, professional development & training, firm reputation, quality of work available, and work-life balance.
