Rodyk was recognised by the Asian Legal Business (ALB) as an Employer of Choice 2011 in Singapore.

ALB's online survey was sent to more than 20,000 lawyers in the Asia Pacific regions between December 2010 and January 2011. Respondents considered five categories in their rankings and these were remuneration, quality of work, professional development & training, work-life balance and the standard of knowledge management and IT systems.
