Lawrence Teh: Asialaw Leading Lawyer 2010 for Aviation and Shipping & Maritime
Lawrence Teh was recognised by Asialaw as a Leading Lawyer 2010 for shipping and maritime. Lawrence, a partner in Rodyk's Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group, has handled both wet and dry shipping matters in the Singapore Courts and advises major owners, banks and shipyards on all forms of admiralty procedure including enforcement of maritime claims, shipbuilding contracts and disputes, maritime joint ventures, limitation of ship owners' liability, maritime joint ventures, international sale of goods and commodities. Lawrence was also recognised by Asialaw as a Leading Lawyer 2010 for aviation. He represents major air carriers in cargo and passenger claims and in commercial disputes including cross border freight forwarding accounting disputes. Lawrence was previously cited as an Asialaw Leading Lawyer for shipping, maritime and aviation for four consecutive years since 2006.
