Acted for a leading German investment bank in a High Court claim against a Singapore listed company arising out of a aborted corporate finance (securitisation) transaction.

Acted for the foreign provisional liquidators of China Sun Bio-Chem Technology Group Limited, a listed foreign, but unregistered, company in Singapore in a landmark and successful High Court application in Originating Summons No 762/2010/K to recognise their status and powers, and to recover assests and information.

Appointed as International Legal Expert, for an economic development program, conducted by a Singapore government agency and funded by an international development bank, to review, and recommend reforms of, the debt-recovery laws of a developing South Asian nation.

Conducted at the request of the High Court a comparative review of aspects of bankruptcy laws in other jurisdictions, in particular Australia, Hong Kong SAR and UK.

Served as Law Society advocacy trainer for the Post-graduate Practice Law Course for fresh law graduates seeking admission to the Singapore Bar.
