Successfully represented the architectural firm of Ong & Ong in its suit against three employees for moonlighting. A separate hearing will be held to assess the amount of damages.

Acted for a client in an action to set aside the registration of an English judgment under the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments Act - Westacre Investments, Inc v Yugoimport-SDPR [2007] 1 SLR 501.

Acted for a major local main contractor involved in the construction of a sewage treatment plant on the merits of an alleged claim against the employer for wrongful termination.

Acted for the judicial managers of a major civil engineering main-contractor on the merits of various claims by sub-contractors for damages for alleged wrongful termination, claims for overhead and expenses due to prolongation of the contract period and claims for progress payments.

Acted for a consortium of main contractors in Thailand for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in a major province on potential claims against the employer.
