Successfully represented a Las Vegas casino (Caesar's Palace) in enforcing a US court order for a Singaporean gambler to repay his gambling debt of S$6.3 million. This landmark ruling by the Singapore High Court may have an impact on whether Singapore's future casinos can recover debts from foreigners.

Acted as lead counsel in an application to the High Court to place a well known electronics distributor (with debts in excess of S$13 million) under judicial management.

Acted as lead counsel in an application to the High Court in relation to a privatisation and capital reduction exercise for a listed company pursuant to an acquisition worth S$6.7 million.

Acted as lead counsel for one of Singapore's leading construction firms in a trial and the successful defence of attachment proceedings.

Acted as lead counsel for minority directors in relation to an application under Section 216A of the Companies Act, in bringing derivative proceedings against the majority directors in respect of concealed fraud, large scale tax evasion and misappropriation of funds worth over S$7 million.
