Terence Yeo is a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Practice Group.

Terence graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2000 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the Singapore Bar in 2001.

His main areas of practice encompass corporate and commercial law.

As part of Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Practice Group, Terence has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions which include share and business investments, acquisitions and divestitures.

Terence has acted for Malayan Banking Berhad in its US$1.5 billion acquisition to secure a controlling stake in PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk.

He has advised Eureka Gmbh, a subsidiary of the Munich Re Group, in its divestment of its entire stake in Eureka Office Fund Pte Ltd (EOF) to CapitaLand (Office) Investments Pte Ltd, comprising 50% of the ordinary shares and 50% of the voting preference shares in the issued share capital of EOF not already owned by CapitaLand. The transaction had a cash consideration of approximately S$590.6 million.

Terence has acted as Singapore Counsel for Tiger Global Four Holdings, a hedge fund, in their US$60 million equity-cum-debt investment into Athena Projects Pte Ltd, the holding company of hydroelectric and thermal power plants in India.

His corporate practice also includes advising on joint ventures, employment law issues and general advisory work. Having been on secondment with a leading US Fortune 500 multinational technology company in 2010, Terence also has valuable in-house commercial counsel experience, with expertise in actively providing legal counsel support vital to the daily operations and business of the multinational in Singapore and the region.
