Acted for Sim Lian (Tampines) Pte Ltd in the tender purchase and redevelopment of land for the Design, Build and Sell Scheme for HDB flats by private developers. The project, The Premiere @ Tampines, valued at approximately S$82 million, is the first of its kind. Subsequent to that, also acted for Sim Lian in the tender of its second Design, Build and Sell Scheme for HDB flats at Simei Road for S$52 million.

Acted for Lippo Real Estate in its purchase of the mixed residential and commercial Kim Seng Plaza for S$132 million.

Acted for Overseas Union Enterprise in its collective acquisition of The Grangeford for S$625 million which worked out to be S$1,810 psf ppr which was the highest price paid for a 99-year leasehold residential site in Singapore.
