Acted for a consortium comprising Heeton Holdings, KSH Holdings, and TEE International in the en bloc acquisition of Camay Court for S$30.5 million.

Acted for a consortium comprising niche property developer Heeton Holdings, KSH Holdings, TEE International and Zap Piling in the en bloc acquisition of MacPherson Green for S$105 million.

Acted for the lnders Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and UOB in the S$250.5 million facility granted to the owners of 78 Shenton Way to refinance their acquisition thereof.

Acted for CapitaLand in its development sale of D'Leedon, a 99-year leasehold residential project comprising 1,715 units believed to be the largest single condominium project ever in Singapore, built on the site of the former Farrer Court. The new units are expected to be priced upwards of S$1,600 psf. In terms of the number of units, D'Leedon is believed to be the largest single condominium project ever in Singapore.

Acted for Far East Organization in its sale of 181 Soho-style apartments in the 338-unit The Tennery. The units were sold at prices ranging from S$950 psf to S$1,300 psf. The 99-year leasehold The Tennery is part of an integrated residential and retail development Far East is building on the Ten Mile Junction site it won in a government tender for S$164 million in February 2010, in which Rodyk also acted.
