Low Boon Yean is a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Real Estate Practice Group.

Boon Yean joined Rodyk from the Singapore Land Authority where she served as in-house legal counsel.

Boon Yean has private sector experience in real estate transactions, leases, state land issues, and real estate financing work. She advises on acquisition of development sites from both the State and private sector.  Boon Yean was part of the Rodyk team which acted for the respective buyers of a number of significant commercial buildings in Singapore's city landscape, such as the Lippo Centre, SIA Building and Temasek Tower.

She was involved in the en bloc sale of major residential developments such as Farrer Court, Beverly Mai and Fairways Condominium, as well as an established developer's acquisition of the leasehold estate from the freehold owner at Keng Lee Road. On the financing front, Boon Yean acted for major banks and other financial institutions in the securitisation of real estate assets ranging from en bloc sites to state land and foreshore.
