Acting for Vicland Realty Co Pte Ltd in the collective purchase of Haig Mansions, a 16-unit residential development along Haig Road. The development is sold through a collective tender sale exercise for S$21.5 million or around S$720 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr) including an additional 10% of gross floor area for balconies. The 20,226 sq ft freehold site has a gross plot ratio of 1.4. This sale is subject to an Order for Sale from the Strata Titles Board or the High Court (as case may be).

Acting for RL Central Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of listed developer Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd, in the collective purchase of Mackenzie Mansion, a residential development located next to The Istana. The collective purchase price is approximately S$24.6 million. The purchase is subject to an Order for Sale from the Strata Titles Board or the High Court as the case may be.

Acted for a joint venture company (comprising United Engineers, Greathearth and Lee Metals) led by the former in the project sale of Austville Residences, a 540-unit executive condominium located at Sengkang East Avenue. This will be the first executive condominium in Singapore to have a theme design.

Acted for Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd in the proposed sale of a mixed residential and commercial development at Kovan known as "Space @ Kovan". There will be 140 residential and 56 commercial shop units.

Acted for a wholly owned subsidiary of listed developer Tuan Sing Limited in their successful tender acquisition of Serene House, off Cluny Park Road, for a price of S$99.1 million. This is a collective purchase of the 24-unit Serene House, which is subject to the approval of the Strata Titles Board. Together with an adjoining plot of state land which the buyer intends to acquire, the proposed site should be around 49,000 sf. Tuan Sing's offer exceeded that of six other parties.
