Acted for DBS Land in all their projects in Shanghai prior to Pidemco's acquisition and merger into CapitaLand, including acquisition of land, sale and purchase of properties, leasing, financing, and advisory on disputes, commercial issues, and re-structuring of joint ventures with JV partners and also acquisition and divestment of assets, drafting all documents and submitting all applications for governmental approvals in respect of the new/restructured entities.

Acted for LKN in its debt restructuring for its hotel project in Qingdao.
