Acted for Frasers Centrepoint Limited and its subsidiaries in China for their investments in Shanghai, Kunshan, Beijing, Hainan in China, including land and company transactions.

Acted for City Development Ltd in its investment in China.

Acted for the Ascott Group in various projects such as its acquisition of land and buildings and joint venture with Chinese partners in Beijing, acquisition of half of a building project in Pudong, Shanghai for conversion into service apartments, acquisition of a whole block of apartments in a local residential property for conversion into service apartments and divestment of interest in a service apartment project in Shanghai.
