Sarah Choong is a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Practice Group.
Sarah graduated with a LLB (Hons) from Leeds University (UK) in 1995 and a LLM from University of San Francisco (USA) in 2001. She was admitted as a Barrister (Lincoln's Inn) England & Wales in 1998, as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2000, and as an Attorney and Counselor at Law (New York State, USA) in 2004.
Her main areas of practice encompass corporate and commercial law.
As part of Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Practice Group, Sarah's area of practice include domestic and offshore transactions, mergers and acquisitions, share and business investments and divestitures, joint ventures, restructuring and general advisory work.
