Patrick Dahm is a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Practice Group.
Patrick graduated from the University of Hamburg in 2001. He was admitted as Rechtsanwalt in 2006 and registered as a Foreign Lawyer in Singapore in 2008.
Patrick's main areas of practice encompass a broad range of corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions as well as commercial and administrative litigation and arbitration.
In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Patrick has advised on the German and European law aspects of private mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructuring exercises, acquisitions and divestments of assets.
In the area of corporate finance work, he has advised on banking facility and loan security issues.
Patrick's experience in German arbitration and litigation extends to advising on employment, insolvency and D & O liability claims.
Patrick is also experienced in German administration law, having advised on issues relating to German aliens law and law of residence.
Patrick is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law, the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the German-Singaporean Lawyers' Association.
He has published professional articles and delivered speeches and lectures on a variety of subjects, and is registered with the German Embassy Singapore as official translator for English and German.
