Mark LIN is a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Finance Practice Group.

Mark graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2006. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2007.

Mark handles a wide range of finance and commercial work particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, project finance and banking. He has handled numerous transactions involving mergers, takeovers and joint ventures, and has acted for vendors, purchasers and financiers.
