Acted for PT Delta Dunia Makmur in its leveraged buyout of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama, Indonesia's second largest mining contractor. This deal was named "Asia 2010 M&A;Deal of the Year" by International Financial Law Review.


Acted for a local bank in the S$800 million loan refinancing of a project loan for the construction of petroleum products storage facility at Jurong Island.


Acted for a PRC based Genco and EPC company in their investment in an Indonesian project company and the sale of a US$175 million, 2 X 55 MW turnkey coal fired power plant to the project company in Indonesia (Batam) and also advised on the procurement financing.


Acted for a PRC based coal mine company in its bid for PLN's 2,000 MW coal fired power plant in Central Java.
