Loh Jen Wei is a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group.

Jen Wei graduated from National University of Singapore in 2002 with Second (Upper) Class Honours, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2003.

Jen Wei's practice is in civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration. Jen Wei deals in a wide scope of commercial cases including shipping, banking, international trade, contractual disputes, corporate disputes, medical litigation, insurance and employment cases.

Jen Wei advises and represents multinational companies in international sale of goods and commodities disputes. She also handles transport and logistics disputes involving the carriage of goods by sea and by air.

Her banking work includes advising major banks on their disputes with their borrowers, guarantors and other service providers. Jen Wei has dealt with issues relating to loan facilities, trade finance, letters of credit, performance bonds, bills of exchange, mortgages and other forms of securities.

She handles both wet and dry shipping matters in the Singapore courts and advises owners, banks and shipyards on all forms of admiralty procedure including enforcement of maritime claims and shipbuilding contracts and disputes.

Jen Wei advises and represents major insurance companies in medical malpractice and personal injury disputes. She handles a wide variety of medical negligence claims and defends hospitals and medical practitioners against these claims.
