Represented Ministry of Sound International Limited against LifeBrandz Limited in a dispute arising from a licence agreement between the parties.

Acting for a main contractor in a litigation dispute and arbitration claims involving its sub-contractor arising from the construction of the MRT Circle Line, and advising the client on Adjudications under the Security of Payment Act 2004.

Advising the Singapore Tourism Board on various issues in relation to the management and operation of attractions under its purview as well as representing the Singapore Tourism Board in disputes arising from such agreements.

Represented the Dow Jones Wall Street Journal Asia and two individual editors of the Wall Street Journal Asia in contempt of court charges brought by the Attorney-General of Singapore, reported at Attorney-General v Hertzberg Daniel and Others [2008] SGHC 218.

Acted for a Taiwanese MNC in an ICC arbitration with a large Japanese MNC in the electronics manufacturing sector concerning disputes arising from a joint venture agreement involving claims and counterclaims of about US$200 million.
