Acted as co-counsel for a prominent architectural firm, Ong & Ong Architects Pte Ltd, in an employment dispute and was successful in both the High Court and Court of Appeal. This case also involved a dispute over intellectual property, copyright and passing off.

Acted as lead counsel in a High Court personal injury case, both at first instance and on appeal.

Acted as co-counsel in two multi-million dollar trust dispute involving real property, Tan Chan Tee v Chen Tsui Yu [2009] SGHC 36 and Civil Appeal No 30 of 2009/P.

Acted as co-counsel in a high profile copyright dispute, Virtual Map (Singapore) Pte Ltd v Singapore Land Authority [2009] SGCA 2.

Acted for the former managing director against his former employer in a multi-million dollar dispute in the High Court on an agreement between the parties concerning the terms on which the employment would be terminated.
