Acted for Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA") in the grant of JPY13 billion financing to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd as trustee of Starhill Global Reit, secured against the units of Ngee Ann City owned by the Reit. Also acted for the existing lenders viz., DBS, OCBC, CBA, Societe Generale and Ing Bank N.V. in their security sharing arrangements with CBA as lender of the new financing.

Acted for Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ING, Stanchart and UOB as mandated lead arrangers in the grant of an additional S$150 million facility( bringing the aggregate facilities to S$430 million) to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd as trustee of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit, secured against a portfolio of industrial properties owned by the Reit, to finance the development costs of its property at Gul Way.

Acted for a syndicate of nine banks in the grant of S$700 million term loan facilities to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd as trustee of Suntec REIT to refinance its existing loans, secured against Suntec City Mall.

Acted for DBS in its grant of transferable loan facilities of up to S$435.8 million to a joint venture vehicle formed by, inter alia, Pua Seck Guan's investment vehicle, Perennial Real Estate group, for its purchase and refurbishment of Chinatown Point.

Acted for Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Stanchart and UOB as mandated lead arrangers in the grant of S$280 million facilities to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd as trustee of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit, secured against the industrial properties owned by the Reit, to refinance its existing borrowings, finance its real estate acquisitions and its general corporate funding purposes.
