Acted for OCBC in the grant of transferable loan facilities of up to S$480 million to a joint venture vehicle to finance its acquisition and construction of a mixed residential and commercial development on the land adjoining Jurong Point, Singapore.

Acted for UOB in the grant of a S$303.6 million facility to a joint venture company formed by MCL Land Limited and Ho Bee Investment Limited to finance its en bloc acquisition of 10 Holland Hill and its development into a condominium.

Acted for MGPA in respect of a S$748 million syndicated financing package arranged by OCBC to finance its acquisition of Temasek Tower.

Acted for a company within the Sim Lian group of companies in respect of its S$367.6 million facilities from OCBC, UOB and HSBC to finance its acquisition of a land parcel at Bishan Street 22/Street 25 and its development into a condominium.

Acted for a company within the Lippo Group in the grant to it by OCBC of S$330.962 million facilities to finance the acquisition and development of a residential project at Sentosa Cove.
