Acted for Elec & Eltek International Company Limited in the proposed delisting of the Company from the SGX-ST Mainboard.

Acted for a subsidiary of Charter PLC in its acquisition of a privately held Singapore company with a factory in Singapore and further factories in China for a confidential consideration quantum. Led the multi practice cross jurisdiction team from both Singapore and Shanghai.

Acted for Macquarie Global Property Advisors (MGPA), a private equity real estate fund management firm partly owned by Australia's Macquarie Bank Group, in its S$2.02 billion bid for a prime plot of land in Marina View.

Acted for SEB Asset Management in its purchase of office space in Springleaf Tower from MGPA for S$225 million.

Acted for South Africa's Standard Bank in the sale of S$522.2 million bonds by developers CapitaLand and the Lippo Group. The bonds are secured by future payments for two residential projects, the Metropolitan and Scotts HighPark condominiums.
