Acted for Wah Hoe Development Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Hiap Hoe Limited) and Superbowl Management Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Superbowl Holdings Ltd) in their en bloc acquisition of 45/47 Toh Tuck Road and the S$238.4 million secured land and construction loan facilities for its acquisition and redevelopment of the property.

Acted for a major property developer in a S$253 million secured land and construction loan facility from a group of banks for the financing of a mixed residential and commercial development in Singapore.
