Acted as Singapore counsel in the financing of the construction of a shipyard in Vietnam.

Acted for Nautical Vessels Pte Ltd (Labuan), which is a joint venture between Acergy S.A. and Sapuracrest Petroleum Berhad, in its acquisition financing for "Sapura 3000", a dynamically-positioned heavy lift derrick pipe lay combination vessel built by a consortium of Sembawang Ship and Huisman Special Lifting Equipment B.V. The financing comprised of term loan and reducing revolving facilities of up to an aggregate of US$240 million.

Acted as Singapore counsel for a syndicate of banks led by Nordea Bank Norge ASA, Singapore Branch as mandated lead arranger and book runner in a revolving facility of up to US$105 million to finance the acquisition of a FPSO "Crystal Ocean" by Wisdom Shipping Singapore Pte Ltd (a SPC owned by Sea Production Ltd).

Acted as Singapore counsel for a syndicate of banks led by Nordea Bank Norge ASA, Singapore Branch as mandated lead arranger and book runner in relation to a pre-and post delivery loan facility of up to US$100 million to finance the acquisition of 2 jack-up drilling rigs "West Atlas" and "West Triton" built by Keppel Fels at the Keppel Shipyard Limited (Singapore) and PPL Shipyard Pte Ltd (Singapore).

Acted for a syndicate of banks in the grant of US$150 million facilities to finance the construction and acquisition of nine vessels.
