Successfully acted for client before the Hong Kong Arbitration Centre in cancelling domain name registered by a cyber-squatter for pornographic material.

Acting for a major healthcare group in Singapore in acquiring a licence for a software used for clinical trials, patient and data management.

Assisted a local IT company (with capital injection by Temasek Holdings) to set up business in China and to licence its software used in the aviation industry to the Chinese market.

Represented franchisors (in medical instruments, food, apparel, footwear, real estate, business outsourcing, retail, education, beauty and personal services and other industries) to roll out their franchise programmes in Singapore and other countries in the region (Malaysia, Philippines, China and Hong Kong).

Acted as Singapore counsel for Onex Corporation in its acquisition of the Health Group of Eastman Kodak Company in a transaction initially valued at approximately US$2.35 billion.
