Acting for Japanese manufacturer of CCTV systems against subcontractor for Changi Prison Project in action for tortuous interference of contractual relationship.

Acted for MSHK, the owner of the Ministry of Sound brand, against operators of the Ministry of Sound outlet in Singapore in relation to the termination of the licence to operate the outlet in Singapore and various disputes between the parties prior to termination of the licence and closure of the Ministry of Sound in Singapore.

Acting for MRT Circle Line main contractor against civil works subcontractor in arbitration for breach of subcontract and termination of the subcontract.

Acted as the Singapore legal counsel for the Singapore Ministry of Education, which launched a PPP project for the construction, operation and maintenance of five schools using the PPP procurement method. The capital expenditure is expected to be in excess of S$50 million.

Acted for German fund Commerz Grundbesitz Invesmentgesellschaft (CGI), now known as CommerzReal, in a complex real estate and construction deal that involved the acquisition of 78 Shenton Way for approximately S$650 million.
