Acted for CEL Development/Lehmann Brothers, a joint-venture entity, in the collective purchase of Westpeak (a project in the West Coast with purchase price of S$206 million), and in the sale of the subsequent 659-unit development on the same site called "The Parc Condominium".

Acted in and led the transaction for owners of Fairways Condominium in the development's collective sale to Bukit Sembawang View Pte Ltd for S$244.3 million.

Acted in and led the transaction for Sim Lian (Tampines) Pte Ltd in the tender purchase and redevelopment of land for the Design, Build and Sell Scheme for HDB flats by private developers. The project, The Premiere @ Tampines, valued at approximately S$82 million, is the first of its kind.

Acted for UIC Development in the acquisition of a site in St Patrick's Road comprising a conservation bungalow, and the subsequent successful sale (within 36 hours) of the new development called the Grand Duchess At St Patrick's on the same site.
