Acted for Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd in the proposed sale of a mixed residential and commercial development at Kovan known as "Space @ Kovan". There will be 140 residential and 56 commercial shop units.
Acting for Asplenium Land Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of listed developer Tuan Sing, in the acquisition and the subsequent project development of a residential site at Seletar Road. The S$123 million bid succeeded against 10 other tenderers. It is expected that a total of 300 units can be built on this condominium site.
Acted for a wholly owned subsidiary of listed developer Tuan Sing Limited in their successful tender acquisition of Serene House, off Cluny Park Road, for a price of S$99.1 million. This is a collective purchase of the 24-unit Serene House, which is subject to the approval of the Strata Titles Board. Together with an adjoining plot of state land which the buyer intends to acquire, the proposed site should be around 49,000 sf. Tuan Sing's offer exceeded that of six other parties.
Acting for Sim Lian Land in their successful tender purchase of a state land site at Hougang Avenue 7 for a proposed condominium development at the price of S$160 million. Also acting for Sim Lian Land's subsidiary in the proposed residential condominium of nearly 450 units on this land site.
Acting for Sim Lian Land in their successful tender purchase of a HDB land sale site at Tampines Avenue 5 under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme ("DBSS") for a consideration of S$178.13 milliion. This is our 3rd DBSS project with the same client. The tender price set a new record for a DBSS site sold since the launch of the DBSS scheme in 2006 where private developers were asked to design, build and sell public housing units.
