Acting for CapitaLand in a joint venture of three entities in the group, namely CapitaMalls Asia, CapitaMall Trust and CapitaLand, which submitted the top bid of S$969 million in the URA tender for the white site at Boon Lay Way. This winning bid was almost S$200 million above market expectations and nearly S$50 million more than the nearest bid.

Acted for Overseas Union Enterprise Ltd (OUE) in its acquisition of Crowne Plaza Changi Airport from LaSalle Asia Opportunity II SARL and LC Hotels Pte Ltd for S$299.5 million. The purchase of the 320-room hotel next to Changi Airport's Terminal 3 was structured as a corporate real estate transaction.

Acted for Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd in its divestment of property at 9 Tampines Street 92 to Trans-cab Services Pte Ltd for a total consideration of S$12.5 million. The property comprises a two storey industrial warehouse and an ancillary office block with a total approved gross floor area of approximately 11,089 sqm.

Acted for Far East Organization in its sale of 181 Soho-style apartments in the 338-unit The Tennery. The units were sold at prices ranging from S$950 psf to S$1,300 psf. The 99-year leasehold The Tennery is part of an integrated residential and retail development Far East is building on the Ten Mile Junction site it won in a government tender for S$164 million in February 2010, in which Rodyk also acted.

Acting and leading the transaction for Ho Bee Development in its current S$410.99 million acquisition of the JTC site at One-North at North Buona Vista.
