Acted and led the transaction for a private equity real estate fund partly owned by Australia's Macquarie Bank Group, in its S$2.02 billion bid for a prime plot of land in Marina View, which has been developed into a new office tower, Asia Square Tower 1.

Acted for the buyer fund manager MGP Raffle Pte Ltd, of the MGPA, in its purchase of 8 Shenton Way for S$1.04 billion.

Acted and led the transaction for Ho Bee Development in the purchase of 30 units in Samsung Hub at S$134.3 million.

Acting for the developer, a joint venture between Kheng Leong Co. and Low Kheng Huat in the sale of units in The Minton, a 1000-unit condominium housing development, situated at Hougang Road, with commercial ancillary facilities. Land was acquired and redeveloped as a new development with an upgrade of the lease tenure to a fresh 99 year.

Acted for the owners of the Crown Hotel at Orchard (formerly the Crown Prince Hotel) in the S$300 million sale to the Hong Kong Park Hotel Group.
