Acting for the majority owners of the 25-unit Chong Kim Apartment in the collective sale of the development to a subsidiary of World Class Land for S$41.1 million. The freehold residential development was sold in a tender exercise. The sale is subject to approval from Strata Titles Board.

Acted for Hotel Culture Pte Ltd, in the S$20 million acquisition and financing of three properties totalling 21,399 sq ft on Mosque Street that will be converted into a 92-room combined hotel, lifestyle and wellness centre. Hotel Culture Pte Ltd is a joint venture between wellness provider Mary Chia and businessman Lee Boon Leng.

Acted for Savvis Singapore Company Pte Ltd in its S$7.8 million acquisition of the entire data centre business and assets of Geo-Tele Pte Ltd.

Acted for the owners of Farrer Court in the sale of the 618-unit development to Morganite Pte Ltd, a consortium comprising CapitaLand, Hotel Properties and Wachovia Development Corporation, for S$1.3388 billion. Today this remains Singapore's largest collective sale transaction.

Acted for owners of Fairways Condominium in the development's collective sale to Bukit Sembawang View Pte Ltd for S$244.3 million.
