Acted and led the transaction for the buyer fund manager MGP Raffle Pte Ltd, of the Macquarie Global Property Advisors Group (MGPA), in its purchase of Temasek Tower for S$1.04 billion, the second largest property transaction in Singapore.

Acted and led the transaction for the purchaser SEB Asset Management, the German pension fund manager, in its acquisition of SIA Building at Robinson Road for S$526 million.

Acted and led the transaction for a SPV, a joint venture between the real estate funds managed by Credit Suisse and CLSA Capital Partners, in its acquisition of 78 Shenton Way, transacted at S$348.5 million. Rodyk acted in the financing of the project.
