Terence Lin a partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Practice Group.

Terence has been in practice since 2001. His main area of practice is corporate law, with a particular emphasis on PRC-related matters. As part of Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Corporate Finance Practice, his corporate practice includes matters relating to public offerings (including the listing of PRC companies in Singapore), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures (including joint ventures and other foreign investment vehicles in the PRC), and general advisory and transaction work.

Terence has also co-authored the Dispute Resolution and Due Diligence chapters of 'China Business Law' published by Sweet & Maxwell and the Foreign Investment Catalogue section of the new edition of the 'PRC Corporate Secretarial Manual' also published by Sweet & Maxwell.
