Acted for Auric Property Pte Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Auric Pacific Group Limited) in its S$37.6 million acquisition of One Phillip Street, Singapore.

Acted for Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited and Stamford Land Corporation Limited in the takeover offers by Maritime Properties Pte Ltd.

Acted as transaction counsel for Abterra Ltd's S$6.3 million acquisition of a 45% stake in Tianjin Land Development Co Ltd, a bulk cargo handing company, in Tianjin Province, PRC.
