Rodyk is acting for South Africa's Standard Bank, which is handling the sale of bonds by developers CapitaLand and the Lippo Group. The S$522.2 million bonds are secured by future payments for two residential projects, the Metropolitan and Scotts HighPark condominiums. The developers report that both projects have been sold out. Top ratings for the bonds have been provisionally assigned by Moody's Investors Service and Fitch Ratings. This project is led by finance partner Karen Gan-Marumo, assisted by finance partners Tan Joo Thye, real estate partner Leong Pat Lynn and corporate partner Marian Ho.
