Rodyk acted for a subsidiary of Charter PLC in its acquisition of a privately held Singapore company with a factory in Singapore and further factories in China for a confidential consideration quantum. Corporate partner Marian Ho led a multi-practice cross-jurisdiction team from both Singapore and Shanghai.
