Rodyk acted for Ford Motor Company in the sale of its subsidiaries, Land Rover and Jaguar Cars Limited, to Tata Motors Limited of India in a deal worth US$2.3 billion. Corporate partner S. Sivanesan led the matter assisted by associates Gordon Sng and Mark Tay.

This transaction won the SE Asia M&A Deal of the Year at the ALB SE Asia 2009 Law Awards.
