Rodyk is acting for Pheim Asset Management Sdn Bhd in the proceedings brought by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for contravening Section 197(1) of the Securities and Futures Act – the first case of its nature in Singapore, whereby this provision was invoked by the MAS, by way of civil proceedings.
