Rodyk acts for Golden Cape Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of developer Tuan Sing Holdings, in the sale of Katong Mall to Perennial Katong Retail Trust, a private property trust comprising of a consortium of corporate/institutional investors. The sale price for this retail shopping mall at the East Coast is S$247.55 million, and is reported as one of the largest investment sale transactions in Singapore this year. The transaction is expected to be completed end January 2010.
