The 102-unit Hilltops in the prime Cairnhill area was sold at a collective price of S$294 million to a subsidiary of SC Global. SC Global subsequently purchased another 17 landed houses adjoining Hilltops. The completion of the sale is subject to the approval of the Strata Titles Board for the sale of Hilltops.
