Rodyk acted in the collective sale of Pacific Court, the first such sale under section 84F of the Land Titles (Strata) Act. The sale was unique in that the apartment owners did not own the land. As all 32 owners agreed to the collective sale, upon registration of all 32 transfers to the purchaser, the landowner is also deemed to have transferred its interest to the purchaser, and no consideration is required to be given to the landowner.
