Rodyk acted in the collective sale of three neighbouring developments at the Thomson / Balestier area to City Developments Limited. It is rare to have three separate adjoining developments coming together in a collective sale, thereby enhancing the value of each development. The sale involved 165 apartment units and completion is subject to the approval of the Strata Titles Board for Lock Cho Apartments (the other developments achieved 100% owner consensus).
