Rodyk is Singapore counsel to AIG in proposed sale to Prudential – S$50 billion Corporate | Corporate Commercial | Corporate Finance | Multidisciplinary Practices | Competition Law

Rodyk is Singapore counsel to AIG, advising it on Singapore regulatory and competition issues relating to the proposed sale of its Asian life insurance arm to Britain's Prudential for S$50 billion.

Corporate partners Jacqueline Loke and Gerald Singham are advising on regulatory issues and competition law respectively, assisted by litigation & arbitration partner Ajinderpal Singh and corporate associate Seow Jia Xian.

Jacqueline Loke had previously advised AIG on regulatory issues relating to its exit from the Federal Reserve funding.
