Rodyk acted for the purchaser Norman Winata who incorporated a fund for the acquisition of One Finlayson Green at a purchase price of S$145 million. Corporate partners Lim I-An and Jacqueline Loke led on the incorporation of the fund and the share sale & purchase respectively.
