Rodyk advised the founders of Singular ID Pte Ltd on a licensing agreement with Exploit Technologies, A*STAR's commercialisation arm. The agreement will enable Singular ID to market and commercialise tags developed from a blend of micro and nanotechnology containing unique magnetic composite 'fingerprints'. These 'fingerprints' based on random patterns, make them extremely difficult to duplicate, creating a useful device for identifying counterfeit goods.  Rodyk's technopreneurship practice focuses on legal issues arising from technology enterprise. Corporate partner Gerald Singham, assisted by associate Terence Yeo, leads the technopreneurship practice, which combines in-depth legal experience with an understanding of the client's business to provide tailor-made solutions, enabling clients to achieve their commercial ambitions.
