Rodyk acted for Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank Limited as the joint mandated lead arrangers for S$150 million syndicated facilities to OSIM International Ltd, to finance OSIM's acquisition of Brookstone Inc. The syndicate comprised DBS, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Rabobank Nederland, Société Générale and Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. Finance partner Doreen Sim was assisted by senior associate Dawn Tong in the transaction.
