Rodyk acted for OCBC in the grant of transferable loan facilities of up to S$480.2 million to a joint venture vehicle (formed by Lee Kim Tah Holdings Limited, Guthrie GTS Limited and TMW Asia Property Fund I GmbH & Co KG, a German fund) to finance its acquisition and construction of a mixed residential and commercial development on the land adjoining Jurong Point. Finance partner Doreen Sim and real estate partner Leong Pat Lynn, senior associate Yaw Hai Hong and associate Chou Ching advised OCBC in the matter.
