Rodyk acted for United Overseas Bank Limited in its grant of facilities of up to S$132 million to a joint venture company (formed by Kheng Leong Co Pte Ltd, United Overseas Land Ltd and Low Keng Huat Ltd) to finance its acquisition and construction of a mixed residential and commercial development at One North. The Rodyk team comprised finance partner Doreen Sim and real estate partner Leong Pat Lynn, senior associate Yaw Hai Hong and associate Chou Ching.
